We just moved out. We lived here for 2 years. When we first moved in the paint job and cleaning job was not good. Even Kathy who walked through with us said it should of been better. When we moved out they expected it to be spot clean and we felt like it was clean since we spent a entire day doing it. Also We had a water leak when we first moved in and they never came out to fix the paint. It was horrible. They fixed the roof but not the damage it did to the paint in our apartment. Which was right in the entryway. If you do move here make sure you get a copy of EVERYTHING! And keep records of everything. They lost our renter insurance papers and our gym key paper. We didn??t get back our money for the gym key because they lost the paper work. Well how could we of gotten a key if we didn??t fill out the paperwork first. Also We had them come in our apartment without giving us notice that they were going to be there. I for one don??t like someone coming in to my home when I am not there. In the lease they our required to give you 24 hour notice that they will be there and they didn??t. They do when they have to go to all the apartments for things like checking the heater or something like that, but if its just your apartment and they needed to do something they don??t call you to let you know. The places are nice and the location is great. But there are downfalls.

absolutely! I left another Gambone Community a few months back and lost ALL my security...now you'd think I was a pig who punched holes in the wall and had spots every 10 feet throughout the place...right? WRONG!! I cleaned weekly,had the place professionaly cleaned when I left and hired the best carpet people when I left (the nimrods require you pay at least $175 to have their worthless garbage ugly cheap carpet cleaned when you leave)tHEY RIPPED UP THE CARPET 2 WEEKS AFTER i LEFT AS i CAME BACK AND TOOK PICTURES FROM OUTSIDE AS THEY HAULED IT AWAY!! I took pictures and thought I'd get at least $1100 of my $1200 back... guess what? nothing...zip...zippo... $0 back and they tried to say I OWED THEM $??? when I threatened a lawsuit they went away, but dared me to sue FOR THE SECURITY...the Fat agent even implied they had a "judge who saw thing their way"... WHAT???? So if you plan on hanging a picture god forbid,you better due so withou a tiny hole in the walll...ZING!! $300 TO PAINT 1 WALL???!!! that tine dark scuff on another wall when you moved out..ZING!! $300 MORE ON THAT WALL!!??? tHE TINIEST SCRATCH ON THE CHEAPO GARBAGE VINYL KITCHEN FLOOR THAT FATSO SAW ON HER KNEES??!! $450 FOR A KITCHEN FLOOR??? 1 lightbulb out under the microwave ($.99 at home depot) ZING!! $30.. WHAT!!!????? $30 FOR A LIGHTBULB!!!! YOU CROOKS..SCUM...LOWLIFES now..most places today require $99 security deposit with good credit...insist on this or you WILL lose most if not all of your $$$...OR JUST FIND ANOTHER COMMUNITY also...just don't pay your last months rent or trash the place...CAUSE THEY WILL SCREW YOU ANYWAY...PUT IT ON THEM TO SUE..IF ENOUGH PEOPLE DUE IT,THEIR COSTS WILL SCYROCKET AND MAYBE THEY'LL RETHINK THEIR " JUST SCREW THE TENANTS AND PUT IT ON THEM" ATTITUDE do the agents get a "cut" of what they keep?? do they payoff the judge who "sees things their way? well,there should be an investigation... the owners of these little concentration camps were indicted on tax evasion and both went to "club fed" for a couple years...just google it and read... also, currently in a class action suit at Abrams Run for not being handicapped accesible... can you say "lots of attorny's fees owed"? maybe that's why they are screwing good,classy,clean tenants who ALWAYS payed on time and lived with class and left an emaculate unit... class...a word they don't understand... AVOID!!!

From: lakesidemgr Date: 08/28/2007 My name is Kathryn Sylvia and I am the property manager at The Apartments at Fox Ridge and Fox Ridge At Lakeside. I have been the manager here for 2 years and before that managed out Henderson Square Apartments in King of Prussia for three years. I felt the need to respond to these negative postings because they are so untrue. If you look at every negative posting or response to all of the Gambone properties including Fox Ridge since June of 07 you will see that it is the same person writing ALL of them. They simply cut and paste their responses from one site to another. There is not one true statement in anything they have written and they have personally attacked some very good employees. Our company terminated one of our apartment managers shortly before these posting started showing up. We have reason to believe this individual has been writing all of these responses. The information in their negative attacks are utterly rediculous. Our company is currently cunsulting with our in house attorneys as far as our options of filing a civil suit against this person. We have been informed that if an anonymous author posts tortous, damaging content on Apartment ratings, the harmed party can file suit against the "John Doe" author and supoena their IP address which we are currently in the process of doing. In the meantime, If you are considering renting here or any of our other properties and have any questions about anything you have read please feel free to call me at my office at 610-495-5988. I didn't live here ever, but frequent these pages for info and laughs , but that's funny... subpoena their IP address. So what happens if the person write from a business or a friend's house? Seriously. Think about it. Ridiculous.
