I just came across these reviews while researching information for a lawsuit pending against me by Fox Ridge management, due to non-payment which totaled more than the security deposit amount. I can t talk about details at this point, obviously since the case has not happened yet. However, what I can say is that I strongly advise anyone thinking of moving to Fox Ridge to take pictures when moving out, especially in the carpet area!! In fact, take pictures during your walk through the day you leave. I felt the need to post a response since I truly did not have a good experience and I wish those who posted anonymous responses wouldn t have felt intimidated so that it would prove there are really valid complaints. I must say that I loved the location of my place, and the apartment was nice for the price. I do not think this was a family friendly environment though. My neighbors were older people, or single couples. Maintenance would come quick when I called with a problem, even though it wasn t always satisfactorily addressed, and they would enter without 24-hour notice as stated in a previous complaint (not that big of a deal though). Kathryn was nice while I lived there, and somewhat accomodating. But when I started arguing about the move out process she suddenly was a little more "stern" with things. I wouldn t recommend living here because the move out process really takes advantage of the tenant, and I feel it really gave me a "bad taste" to ever buying or renting from a Gambone property. I was a renter for almost ten years before living at Fox Ridge and NEVER had a problem with a landlord. I really wish I would have done more research before signing the lease at Fox Ridge...live and learn.
