They will keep all your deposit (more than $1200) for no reason means unfairly, and when you try to say something, they will show you attitude and will talk to you so rudely so you cant say anything.

This is completely untrue. This apartment was absolutely filthy & There was a huge stain on the kitchen vinyl which made in necessary to replace the vinyl. We were very professional when we discussed the situation and this tenant was outwardly rude and accused us of being dirty people ourselves. Please know, we are very fair with our move-outs. And this situation was handled in a professional and honest way. Thank you.
