I have been renting at Fox Ridge at Lakeside for over a year. I just HAPPILY sent in my renewal for another year. My experience here has been nothing but pleasant. It is a quiet neighborhood that is VERY tenant/neighbor friendly. The grounds are kept looking clean and nice. The upkeep and maintanence are very friendly and are very fast to help with any necessary needs. The office staff is friendly and are eager to listen and help whenever I call. My neighbors here are great, and the view of the pond and sounds of nature are uncomparable to any other community around here. I DEFINITELY would refer anyone here. You will love it! They are very clear also on what is to be expected at your move out. Other places have really hurt me, but they are up front with it. Thank you for making this a very pleasant experience and I look forward to being a tenant for many years to come!!!
