Probably the Best in Lancaster County

This place is great! After looking at several of the "best" communities in lancaster The Highlands had the better amenities (door to door trash pick up 3 times per week) and a friendlier staff. They have won the awards to prove it too. They are about the same rent as other top communities but the apartments are nicer and the club house is beautiful.
