We sold our home and decided we did not want another house. We moved to an upscale rental property in a community closer to Delaware and were very unhappy with the grounds,maintenance,parking, noise,ect.
Friends suggested we check out Highlands at Warwick. We liked the property at first sight because of the lovely landscaping and cleanliness of the property. The staff is very friendly and most helpful and the maintenance men are very efficient and take care of problems immediately.They have won many awards for this property.
The residents who live here are very friendly and helpful and have formed a Highlands group which meets once a month for lunch at area restaurants.The group also has parties,bingo,a prayer group and various other things. We love living here and have just extended our lease for five years.
