The apartments are built horrible. You can hear your neighbor next to you snoring and then the alarm clock going off in the morning. Upstairs you can hear people talking and even listen to the TV! The wood stairs going to the apartments was built against the wall of apartments, making it sound like an earthquake when people run up and down. Some neighbors are nice but some are just thoughtless and don't think about the neighbors.
