My husband and I moved to Lititz PA knowing nothing about the town or where to live. I spoke with a few other places in town before calling Newport Commons and felt I was treated as an individual and with respect by the property manager; she put me at ease and made our transition to the area seemless. All we needed to do was move in. We leased a Townhome which was clean, bright and offered us everything we needed to live well and comfortably while we looked to purchase a home in Lititz. This was my first experience living in a townhouse or apartment as we have always owned our own home. The units are exceptionally quiet as is the property, no abasive neighbors which is a big plus when you live on a property the size of Newport Commons. I feel the property manger screens applicants very well. The property is clean and neat and eveyone is encouraged to make their unit their own from planting flowers to patio furniture and decorations but keeping the property neat and clean at all times. It is a "very" family oriented place to live and you do have to be aware of children at play at all times and you can always hear children playing.
We have had the best neighbors and everyone has been friendly and kind. I highy recommend Newport Commons as a quality place to live.
