I CAN SAY BEYOND A DOUBT WORST APARTMENT MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER EVEN HEARD OF!!!!. AK is the property manager/owner, doesnt care about his tenants, only cares about making his money. Loud neighbors causing problems at all hours of the day and night and he does nothing about it. Might as well be living in the ghetto with some of the tenants that he allows in there. Section 8 is permitted and these people do nothing but sit around all day causing problems. The walls are so thin that you can literly hear every conversation from your neighbors, its like they are in the room with you.
