Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
Rented here a few years ago. Minimal issues with the trains, noisy neighbors (that were addressed immediately) and the constant issue of Tyler Pipe burning stuff that stunk up the place. Made it difficult to leave windows/skylights open at night. However, since I left Patty has left as well. The place just isn't the same since.
