Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
Management is weak, maintnance responds, safe area, can hear neighbors have sex, shower sounds like a boeing 747 landing in living room. Overall it isnt a bad apartment, but cigarette smells linger, drafty on first floor. Parking is a adequate, heard the place use to be great, but it has dropped off with new management. Pricey
