Air conditioning is old, very noisy, and freezes up easily. Washer/dryer are nice to have, but they are VERY small. I do laundry everyday because the washer/dryer don't hold alot of clothes. Quiet, safe area. Walls ok for the most part, can hear some neighbor noise, but not too bad. Train is closeby and is loud and frequent. Parking is adequate. Maintenance responds promptly.
