The apartments are very overpriced at 870 a month plus utilities and electricity. The washer/dryer are small and the hot water lasts about 20 minutes. The biggest thing they "forgot" to mention was the train that comes by every hour on the hour honking the horn which can be heard from 8-10 blocks away. Took about 4-5 months to get used to and not wake up. The sad part is this is one of the cheaper places around so there isn't much you can do. Maintenence people are quick and friendly to fix things and there is plenty of parking on the upside.
