Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2009
We have lived here for 5 yrs before moving out. I only have positive experiences with this apartment. Very quiet place. Excellent response to problems.
No problem with parking
No issues with noise
Excellent with maintenance. However inside the apartments are a bit old ( build in 1975)
No issues with safety
OLD... this is the only complain i have. For this reason the heating bills becomes expensive ( 145- 175 in winter. Add this to your rent.
Excellent and very professional folks in maintenance.
Staff is very good
