Average Air conditioning is old, very noisy, and freezes up easily. Washer/dryer are nice to have, but they are VERY small. I do laundry everyday because the washer/dryer don't hold alot of clothes. Quiet, safe area. Walls ok for the most part, can hear some neighbor
