I have been living at Charleston Greene for almost a year now. The rent is pretty high but overall it's a really nice place to live. It's walking distance to restaurants, WaWa, a bar, antique shops and parks. As far as the townhomes go.....our place was a mess when we moved in.....walls needed to be painted, a sink and toliet in need of replacement, lots of stains on the carpet and window sills, the list really goes on and on. When I moved in, the place was far from being ready to live in. However, once the maintenance crew fixed all of the problems, we haven't had problems since. The neighbors are quiet and really wonderful people. The only true negative aspect to living here is that you're not allowed to have dogs.
