I've been living at Charleston Greene for 3 years. Nice pool and a remodeled playground sell the place. It is located in a very nice area: quiet and clean neighborhood and a great school district. If you value these things you are probably prepared to pay a higher price. But be careful, I had a very unpleasant experience with the management and maintenance service. Speaking of maintenance, nothing was ever done properly on the first try. What is even worse, in all the cases they would ignore my request for a few months, I guess, hoping the problem would go away. One way to get things done is to call or write to the corporate office. Local management is busy recruiting new clients and beatifying surrounding grounds. No effort has been made to make the place safer. A few areas of the parking lot desperately need speed bumps, and some of outdoor lighting has not been fixed for a long time. If you do decide to live in this place, make sure that your apartment is all fixed and painted before you sign any papers.
