If you don?t believe this, please get in touch with me. I will tell you what really goes on here! Three weeks after moving here, we had water soaking through our rugs. We called the property manager who choose to ignore us and then a week later told us it wsn?t a problem and that WE WERE EXAGGERATING!!!!! After finding out that previous tenants and others in other apartments have a lot of trouble with water damage and other things, we got Toll Management involved and eventually (a month later) got out of our lease. We had to hire a lawyer! We are happy now in Exton. The property manager, since I can?t say her name, was incredibly rude and nasty. She is a miserable miserable person. We also heard this from many others after we moved out. Please trust me when I say FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE! The management team and the places are HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
