I moved in a couple of months ago and have had some mixed experiences. I like the layout of the apartment (feels like a townhome), I like the people I've met who live here, and the grounds are well cared for. Everyone seems to take care and decorate their front yards and patios. We had a new kitchen and new carpeting when we moved in, and my only complaint is the lighting is not good in the parking lots especially throwing out the garbage, and I have had a major problem with silverfish. They are coming through the windows which are really old very hard to open and warped. If they replaced the windows which they should do, it would really be such an enhancement. The area is really nice and quiet, it seems everyone around my area is respectful and the noise level is next to zero noise. Another problem is the repairs. They have one main maintenance guy who is really nice and does great work, but there are too many units for him to care for alone. He does have some part time helpers, who do not do any repairs they are young guys, who change filters, unclog sinks etc. If the management put a litle more time and money into fixing the windows, updating the bathrooms, and hiring some more maintence this would be near perfect except of course the 3 or 4 nightly kills of silverfish I must perform.
