Malvern is an expensive place to live, so it's no wonder that Charleston Greene gets over $1000 a month for their townhomes. But other complexes in the area are more for less, so to me, it's equitable.

The rooms are very large and well laid out. They could pay a bit more attention to painting and finishing -- the paint was slopped on doors and cabinets, and the aforementioned doors and cabinets are nicked and in bad shape. But this' a small annoyance.

The community is kept nicely, is generally quiet. Nice neighbors, great location. I really enjoy living here.

My only complaint is that they don't allow dogs.

The women in the office are not very nice or professional. They are lazy and have a disturbed work ethic.
