Nice place... but a bit over priced

The area is beautiful and the outside area of the complex sells the apartments. However, be sure to inspect the apartment THAT YOU WILL INHABIT BEFORE you decide to sign. We were shown an apartment that looked beautiful, only to get an apartment that was in need of remodeling and painting. The kitchens are older, the flooring needed to be replaced in many of the apartments, but the space is nice. A bit pricey - you are paying more to live in Malvern and a beautiful complex than for the quality of the apartment.
