this place has TOO much room for improvement

the bathroom and kitchen are incredibly tiny much too small to be a bathroom for two people the fan makes terrible noises the sink is rusted promises to repair are unkept or shoddily done.there isnt enough counter space in the kitchen i would barely call it a kitchen.
the manegement is all the way in newtown square, and its hard to reach them during their office hours.Emergency call are ignored or they think your lying. The fire alarm used to go off constantly untill the fire company threatend to fine them.
