Basically this place is the "ghetto of Malvern". Don't be fooled by the entrance. Our apartment complex is disgusting. The paint is peeling in the stairwell, the lights are out in the washer/dryer area and, even after alerting management to these issues, nothing is done. They, of course have time to decorate the front gate with pumpkins for prospective renters.

Stay away. It doesn't get any better!
