I see some bad comments but I think me and my roommate will have a good stay. We got a great "fall special" deal on one of the few 2 bedrooms w/ den & fireplace. Got locked in at $950 a month. I see some concerns but really, I don't mind putting down my own salt on the sidewalk if I have to. I just hope they plow or I will have to go get an Xterra or something!!
