Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001
I am writing about this apartment as I have lived there for six months.
The leasing office is very inefficient, as it will remain closed in most of the working hours. Even for getting access to washing needs a visit to the office in every two weeks, as there is a special card, which is to be filled to a small value. Also the washing facilities are poorly maintained.
Some construction work is going on, making noises even at night. The construction team is incredibly bad for missing deadlines.
The rent is extra-ordinarily high, which is going to get hiked again in April 2002, more than 50% hike in less than three years.There are plenty of places around with good facilities and lower rent.
Only good thing about this apartment is that it is very easy to get room here, as there are plenty of people leaving from here on a regular basis.
Planning to stay here' Expect a challenging life. Best of luck!
