I read all of these reviews and boy let me tell you, William Henry is a great place to live. I know that from time to time you get one or two people that have a bitter taste in their mouths and they will never be happy. I always keep in mind that the staff is just the middle men to upper management. Everytime I had to talk about a problem it was talked about in a very professional and caring manner. The property is very pretty and mantained and the maintance guys are great, they have always repaired the things that I requested. The office staff has always been nice to me and my family everytime we have gone in there. I live on the second floor and I honestly can say that I rarely hear any noise. I think that this is a nice place to live.
