For all of the negative reviews here, I agree with ALL of them. Management is a JOKE, completely clueless as to what is going on in and around the complex. One of the most hilarious aspects is the dog policy...residents are permitted dog or dogs UNDER 30 pounds and (according to mgt.) must be brought to the office for verification of size prior to the resident moving in. I cannot tell you how many Labrador Retrievers, Rottweilers, even GREAT DANES I have seen! I'm waiting for someone to start boarding their Clydesdale in their apartment.
Management response to maintenance issues has actually improved, but that is not saying much because previously maintenance issues were entirely ignored. Snow removal is always extremely late, and mediocre at best. Most of the times the residents simply dig their own cars out and remove most of the parking lot snow on their own. Gutters are rarely if ever cleaned so that lovely skating rinks develop in front of most doorways. Hallways and laundry rooms are typically FILTHY. I have come to refer to this complex as Ghetto Henry Apartments.
Unfortunately relocation is not an option as I got a good deal on my unit (because it was unrented for SIX MONTHS) and moving would cost me a great deal more $$$$, so I'm kind of stuck until the housing market becomes more reasonable.
The ONLY positive thing I can say is that the units are very large compared to most complexes in similar price ranges and the location is great.

The residents have to dig out their own cars ?!??! O the horror and abuse! Does management expect you to wipe your own butts too? Did they forget to bring you your breakfast in bed? Are you renting an apartment, or staying at a star hotel? You should be the one looking for a clue.
