The complex is great. It is quiet...very quiet. You will forget you have neighbors.
As for dogs, there is no weight limit for dogs. There is just a breed restriction. You can't have pitbulls and the like. Everyone seems to clean up after and keep control of their dogs. For those who don't like dogs because you were deprived as a child or just deranged, then yes, stay away.
The grounds are very safe with plenty of places to take a walk.
