We moved in 6 months ago and it had been great, we didn't have any complaints, now its a whole different story. Our bathroom has several ants in it and we scrub the bathroom down almost everyday and they still come back. Last night when I got home from work the entire dining room was infested with flying ants, literally thousands!!!! Also lately every other day we lose hot water, I hate this place, our lease is up in April but we are moving out before then, we hate this place!!

it is a shame cause it is in a really nice area. But yeah there are some fundemental issues overall with the place. The last straw was the lousy heating. Caseboard and you get charge on some crazy algorithm, not by how much you use. And it wastes a ton of heat. Costs a fortune. So many things are good about the place too (great sound proof walls) but lots of misses too.
