The management here is unfriendly and incompetent. They don't care about the residents. Once they made me wait outside the office for 15 minutes while they were talking to some potential resident inside. They didn't even bother to come out and ask what I wanted first (I only wanted to drop off some keys). Very unprofessional!

The apartment itself is not bad. Maintenance is relatively quick. I did lose hot water quite a few times while I was taking a shower. Quite annoying.

In general, this place is not worth the price. I wouldn't recommend it.

To be very honset, This is one of the worst place's that I've come to live, And the main reason I say this! is not just the parking (which they had very little of), but the Management. they in turn were very rude and self indulged, I spent 3 years there, and if not for my job being right up the street I would of moved sooner. the surrounding are nice, but you can do better.Please read your lease very carefully if you decide or intend to rent from this people.

And the management has only gotten worse, believe me. I was so happy when I left with all my belongings intact. I live in Ardmore now in a wonderful apartment with great staff. If you are moving to the Ardmore area check out Half Penny Management they are professional and have some of the best deals and nicest apartments around.
