William Henry Apartments is the worst place to live. My building just burned down 3 weeks ago, on April 1st. Today I received a bill in the mail saying that I owe them rent for the month of April!!! Can you believe that''' They have been so unhelpful throughout the whole disaster!!! Previous to that I hated living there as well, but this bill I got just blows my mind. The women in the office are complete IDIOTS and can never give you an answer about anything. They say they'll call you back and never do. Do not move here, you will regret it!!!

I doubt it's just William Henry's staff, seems it is all home Properties staff. They are indeed idiots!!! They are not helpful and they are rude. A fire also happened at Home Properties of Devon and the staff was rude, not kind or helpful at all. Do not rent from Home Properties, you will regret it.

I was a resident there when the fire occurred and having experienced the destruction of a home fire years ago when I lived with my parents I am so sympathetic to those of you who lost so much. The management there should be ashamed that they didn't help you more and you should definitely hire legal council if they push the bill issue. These situations are precisely what the better business bureau is for. I'm SO sorry for everyone who lost their belongings and the lives of their pets. While I'm so happy no one was hurt I feel bad for the animals who suffered from smoke inhalation (I heard that a few died from the severity of it).
