$145 Heating Bill in June !!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   Very, very expensive utility bills in this complex. The heating bill which they say is for heating water is roughly $145.00 every month.. This is "Ratio Billing" and not based on your personal usage. Add your power bill on top of this and your looking at 200 plus per month on utilities. Enjoy your stay!!! Im outta here soon !!!! Mike McNeal
