The staff at this place could care less about their tenants, and that is one of the major reasons I moved out. Another is the RUBS system, or whatever it's called--I am one person and barely use my hot water except for my daily showers, and I kept getting an obscene bill every month--not fair!!!

I still live here, and I'm feeling the pain of the heat and water bill, too. I just got the bill for April/May, and it was over $100 (and that's for a one-bedroom; I can't imagine how high it must be for the 2- and 3-bedroom places!).
I can't believe a single person in a 3-bedroom apt. would pay the same amount per month as the family of 5 or 6 in the same apt. size, same building. What an antiquated system...
