This is my 2nd year at William Henry and my second Apt in a different Building. My first one was upgraded and in somewhat decent condition. Although we had our problems, we stayed because the rent is cheap. Now we downgraded when our lease was up to a cheaper apt. When shown this apt. we were insisted everything is upgraded, and in wonderful condition. YEA RIIGHT! Upon moving in, NOTHING worked. We had to re-clean everything and beg and plea for someone to fix the plumbing and electrical wiring for the stove/oven, because it never worked unless you unplugged it, and plugged it back in. Which they still never did, and this is our 7th month. Our kitchen light covers are literally falling apart as we speak, which I also asked to replace, but they never did! Our carpet is disgusting, and they refuse to replace it. The staff in the office is unbearable. Heather is the rudest person I've ever met and makes no effort into doing anything. They NEVER return phone calls either. You'll have to hire someone to fix your problems, if you want it done right, you pay out of pocket. For some reason, whenever the tenants who live below us cook, it comes straight up from under the kitchen sink and is an annoyance. Not to mention, whatever they are cooking, stinks up the halls that are NOT air conditioned and have ZERO air circulation. If your neighbor has roaches, you will definitely have them too. If for some reason, maintenance is working on the plumbing in your building, expect brown water for a day, and no hot water for at least 2. Did I mention the washer and drier' Holy Hell. Go to the laundry mat...they are from the early 80's and in terrible condition.
