I manage a Sports Coaching Organization that brings Sports Coaches over to the US from the UK and Europe every year for the summer season to run Sports Camps for children. We have been housing our staff at William Henry Apartments for 5 years now and I am so completely satisfied with the customer service that they provide, and the quality of housing, that I will not look anywhere else for accommodation.

The management staff has bent over backwards and put themselves out for me, my staff and my company over the years... They have welcomed us upon moving in (even on weekends!), allowing my foreign staff to understand the Do's and Don'ts of their Community, the American Culture and the Eastern PA area. They have always been on call for my guys and girls, understanding that they work all day and often evenings, to make sure that if there is every anything that needs to be discussed, someone is always available.

I need to mention Barbara Weldele in particular, who has been my main point of contact during this time and I cannot sing her praises enough! She has ALWAYS looked after my staff with the greatest care and consideration, often working longer than needed in order to make things work for them.

I HIGHLY recommend William Henry Apartments to people looking for accommodation in and around Malvern, PA. I truly believe that the negative comments on this page are from people unhappy about the accidental fire earlier in 2008. They will not let you down.

Yes we are unhappy about the fire but many incidents of bad management took place before and after it. I wish I had received the treatment your employees did but myself and others did not. Perhaps living there more than a few months is the true test. Then again perhaps seeing a terrible fire ravage a building and then watching the staff do nothing to upgrade fire prevention in any of the remaining buildings has more permanently scarred me than I realized. Honestly, I, nor most of the people on this site have received the attention you have. Prospective residents should weigh the voice of the many against the few.

Well, of course their going to treat you better than their typical residents! Helloooo...... you're only here for a few months, and you can recommend the place to other people whom are also in the sporting business, and maybe, the advertising businesses that you help advertise for could also get your good revue, and bunk at William Henry. Wouldn't that just help the apartment ratings? Either that, or you're one of the managers writing this. By the way, I hate it when you guys come stay here because your teenagers do not know how to park their giant trucks in the lot. They always try to take the ones closer to the building, and end up taking up 2 spots.

Also, I can only apologize for our adult (Not teenage!) staff's poor parking... Although if that is the worst thing that happens when we stay, I am very pleased about their conduct! I was not aware when I wrote my review, that I would be attacked over e-mail. I'm sorry you have not had as good an experience as what my company has over the years. Hopefully when our staff comes over for Summer 2009, your opinions may have changed, both about my staff and the Apartments. Enjoy your day.

OF course they are going to treat you well because you are the short term guy, who pays big bucks for CORPORATE furnished apartments. Ask the people who have stayed here for over a year and they will tell how the management SUCKS!!!
