Overall William Henry are decent apartments- nice layouts - nice area - safe - not sickening expensive. I had trouble in the beginning w/maintenance but it's all ironing itself out - there is a new maintenance manager and he seems to really want to change things and help shape up what needs to be done. Had issues w/my carpets - walls - etc.. but again - they are taking care of things for me -- The fitness center is so so the pool is nice - not crazy about the guest policy but - so be it. I decided to stay here and I hope I will receive the same care I've had the last year here. The ONLY thing I must warn about is the sharing of the heat/hot water - my bill for one person b/c I'm in a big apartment can zoom to over 250 bucks in the winter and I barely ever even turn the heat on - and take 10 min showers - (my electric bill - which is individual and through PECO is only about 20 bucks to show how much utility I use) -- anyway - watch that while budgeting your monthly expenses to live here. Things by the way definitely vary from apt bldg to apt bldg - I am in K building and haven't hit much problem in the way of noise etc..
