Big Apartment...Pet Friendly...Fireplace...Management makes mistakes at times...but they are ok

The apartment is large, there is adequate parking, it's pet friendly, it has a fireplace, and due to the concrete construction it's relatively quiet. The management is ok, although they sometimes leave inaccurate communications at my door that require me to waste some time to straighten out. Once in a while there is no hot water, but it's not a big problem.
