There are more dogs in community than kids. Residents take em for stroll and never-ever pick up the litter. Dare not to walk on the lawn. Look for parking after 8 pm' - are you mad' !! Theres no way you'll get space (even on the street). When lease renewal time comes, they literally make you cry. I stayed there from 2007 till 2009 and I would not give it more than 2 star. Last but not the least - don't talk about the heating bills in winter - $200.

Totally agree. AMEN TO EVERYTHING!!!! - HEATING BILS ARE A NIGHTMARE - No Parking - Bad Mangement.
