I spent over two years at Woodview and it really is a great place to live. It is somewhat pricey, but you get what you pay for; in this case a first rate property. The staff is outstanding; very friendly. The few maintenance issues I did have were resolved quickly and professionally. There is a great sense of community -- they have free continental breakfast every weekday morning and they have social events roughly four times a year to help you meet or stay acquainted with your neighbours. Snow removal is excellent during winter months, and the grounds are well-maintained the rest of the year. About the only thing I could say negatively is that the lighting for some portions of the pathways and parking lot areas can be dim at night, which could be a safety concern. Having said that, this property is in a very safe location, so this was not enough of a concern for me to raise it with management. Highly recommended.
