Have lived here for a little under a year.
Place is excellent, Staff is outstanding, Apartments are well laid out.
Unlike most other apartments the bedrooms here are a little cut-away from the drawing/dining room secluding it from the 'public areas' of the apartment.
Also, a misconception ....
it is not a little pricy ....
they offer you basic cable service, continental breakfast, gym, pool, etc completely free.
In a cost-benefit analysis, they literally come on par with most apartment communities ....
and this is not withstanding the landscaping and the excellent maintenance crews that came highly recommended when we were moving in.
Pity they don't own a property in the area we are moving to.
Also, the crime-rate in Malvern is very low making it a safe proposition.
The lighting in the corridors at night is the only shortcoming that I can think of.
