Having lived in several apartments all over PA this is far and above the best experience ever. Since there hasn't been much written on the Korman Communities at Woodview lately I decided to put my $.02 in. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The maintenance crew are prompt and they are constantly improving the apartments and the grounds. Some might say that the price is a little high, but if you add in all the amenities you'll find that it is quite comparable to lesser complexes. It's a very safe, quiet place to live. I've not had a singlel problem with noise or neighbors or anything. People are friendly but keep mostly to themselves. Our utilities have run about $75 to $150 for electric and heat. The $80 comcast TV package is included!! It would be great if they bundled broadband internet as well.

The grounds lighting isn't bright, but I prefer it to stadium lighting or something. And like I said, the place is really safe, so I have no worries. The have begun renovating the apartments so there is a good chance you'd get something brand new. I was lucky enough to get an end unit on the top floor which means I have a vaulted ceiling. It does wonders to make a small apt seem big and the fireplace is great in the winter. I really can't say enough about this community and can't imagine why anyone would want to live elsewhere.
