Too Expensive, Not the Only Game In Town

Lived here for 4 years and this is my last. I've witnessed the decline of the overall property management of this place, not to mention an indifference to loyal residents. For $1400 for very small one bedroom, you can do much better elsewhere. The office staff (except for Dotty) are snotty, non-responsive and act as if they are doing you a favor by answering your questions. There is little insulation or soundproofing between the walls and you can hear everything from dogs barking, couples fighting and not to mention TVs blaring. There isn't really a sense of community either. Management tends to cater to the corporate clients rather than their dedicated residents. Lots of transient traffic and an overall 'unneighborly' feel to the place. Short timers tend to park multiple vehicles in the lots and its difficult to find a spot close to your entrance. The jacuzzi has never worked properly, the computer room is hit or miss and the community had NEVER been gated, although they falsely advertised. Lastly, be cautious with your rent prices. They seem to fluctuate very discriminately.
