office staff is most accommodating and professional...pool and jacuzzi are resort-like and we never had a problem with any of the ammenities (or the staff) sounds like a problematic, angry, and bitter resident from last review!
the socials were great, and morning breakfast was a huge plus!
only negative that i see, is there is no playground for kids. other than that, the best place around for rentals!!

I agree with the probably only negative I see with the Korman Communities, Malvern. With a 18 month old kid, I would have loved to have a play area for kids so my son could have some company around. This is the only major complaint I have here. Though a slightly highly priced community in the area, we have been staying here for over 18 months now and I have had hardly any complaints about the community. Great view, good maintenance and several amenities like the complimentary breakfast, pool and jacuzzi would certainly draw you to this community. Jennifer, our ex-manager was a great person and was very helpful.
