Too expensive. My time here has been very pleasant, but the whole complex is being renovated. I was informed that they wouldn't be continuing my lease, but that they'd love to have me lease a newly renovated apartment. For my trouble, they offered a month's free rent. Unfortunately that new rent is over $200.00 more than current. The management here said it wasn't their decision to be so drastic and that they hated to do it, but as someone previously mentioned, the *parent* company is catering more toward corporate housing.
Perhaps all the nice new features might be worth it to you. In strict interests of being a private renter, I, on the other hand, am parting ways.

i am the manager, and yes, it is true what the above person wrote--we did a $5 million renovation-added stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cherry cabinetry, new roofing, new soffit in breezeways, new fitness center and much more! with so many upgrades, it is true that we are the most expensive in the area--but we are also the best:superb customer service, coupled with the highest end ammenities and apppointments--you get what you pay for! in regards to his comment, "catering towards corporate housing"..this is not true..our property is half corporate housing, and half long term apartment homes...every resident is valued equally.
