Pricey but worth it

If you're like me, recently out of school and making money, this is the best place to live.

I've been here two years now.

It's a step up from other apartment complexes I lived in during school.

And this is reflected in the price.

However, I think it's worth it.

The grounds are beautiful.

The apartments are all being completely renovated (even though the complex is less than 10 years old) and I think the project is almost finished.

Plenty of parking close to your apartment.

Quiet and peaceful.

Every apartment has it's own outside entrance (because the common areas / staircases are all outside).

One negative is that lighting is not ample in the some areas of the parking lot, though the grounds are very safe.

I have a top floor, end apartment, and the view over the community is breathtaking.

If you have the cash and are looking for a great place to live, I recommend Woodview (or Korman Communities-Malvern) as it is more commonly known as.

But if you're a student just looking for a place to crash while you struggle through classes, you might not have a need for this.
