We have been staying here for over 18 months now and it's been the most classy apartments so far.
The apartments have the most latest equipment with stainless steel appliances and a big washer/dryer unit.
The staff is pretty much friendly and the maintenance I should say is far better than anywhere else.
I have friends in the nearby apartments and I know how much trouble they have especially with maintenance.
The only major negative point is that they don't have a play area in the complex for children.
I wish they built that too so kids could have some fun and also meet up with kids around.
The pool, jacuzzi, gym, a business center and a complimentary breakfast during weekdays is certainly a great plus to Korman.
The lighting has been improved with new fixtues in the parking lots.
FYI, the rent includes comcast cable.
So, add this amount to your rent.
I would certainly recommend this community!
