Great Place to Live - I have lived here for over 2 years. The townhouses are great for single people, more than enough room. The staff is great. Classy Kommunity! - We have been staying here for over 18 months now and it's been the most classy apartments so far. The apartments have the most latest equipment with stainless steel appliances and a big washer/dryer unit. The staff is pretty much friendly and the maintenance I should say is far better than anywhere else. So far so good I have been living here for about 7 months now and I am still enjoying my place. Robin(property manager) is a very big help and maintenance fix the problems within 24 hour time frame. The only problem I have is "THE DOGS" Please walk with your head facing the ground.

Quite Happy Moved here in June 2008 and we are very happy with both the townhouse and the management company. Any time we've had a problem, it's either been resolved the same day or, in one instance, they ordered us a new dishwasher and we had to wait for it to be delivered.
