Looking at this place you'd expect $2,000 rent per month for just a small place. It is that nice. Gated community, very quiet and beautiful, 2 pools, outdoor grilling areas, washer/dryers in units, very well-maintained. I don't think a nicer place exists near Pittsburgh...I've looked. Extremely good prices and, from what I've seen, the nicest management you could hope for. Check it out, it's worth the look.
