First off I would like to say that I have been a resident here for 4 years...from 2005 to the present day...and have not experieced nor witnessed anything even close to what the previous poster has stated.
This community is top notch! The employees and management are nothing but helpful...and will go out of their way to resolve any issue that may arise. The building quality is very good, and when I did have to call maintenance, they were fast to respond, courteous, and did the job right the first time. There is always someone there to respond to you...whether it is the security officers or the staff, they never leave you hanging. I do have a pet...and did have to pay the one month deposit..but knowing I can receive that back in full is great!
Without a doubt this is the premier property in around Pittsburgh! To me it sounds like this previous poster has some sort of personal grudge which should not be taken out on the community. Judge for yourself....I will never regret my decision to move here....and I'm sure you won't either!
