I Left those "luxury" condos in 2008. I didn't get much of my security deposit back and my Pet Deposit vanished as well.

Beautiful grounds keeping, Pools where great but the place was overpriced and the renters where treated differently than the owners of units. I didn't have any major issues but I do know a few people who did have issues and most have moved. They too had the same problems with getting deposits back as I did. Save the high rent and go rent a house somewhere!!

Nice place to live but do not expect to get your deposits back!!

I went back to visit a friend who owns up there and she said things are changing and a lot of people are moving who own and rent. Take it for it is worth.
